These external providers are obligated to process data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions and to protect the confidentiality of your data.

Secure data transfer
Personal data that you provide to us via forms, a newsletter subscription or contact request are transferred to us in an encrypted format via a secure connection. The security method applied (SSL – Secure Sockets Layer) corresponds with the current technological status. Every employee of ZUTT & PARTNER AG who has access to personal data is obligated to comply with data protection legislation. Access to the system occurs via an authorisation system. SSL encryption (recognisable by https:// at the beginning of the address line in the browser) is a protocol for encrypting data when it is transferred from the web server to the browser. This transfer method is especially secure. The personal data transferred from your computer to our SSL server is encrypted via the SSL protocol during transfer.

The company therefore expressly distances itself from all content of linked websites that was changed after the links were set. This ruling applies to all links and references set within our proprietary website offering.
