Schon kleine Kinder lernen, indem sie spielend imitieren und das h\u00f6rt im Erwachsenenalter erst gar nicht auf. Nicht umsonst gibt es den Begriff: Homo Ludens, der spielende Mensch.<\/p>\n<p>Spiele sind also ein beliebter Zeitvertreib, wie beispielsweise die langj\u00e4hrige Beliebtheit von Kreuzwortr\u00e4tseln oder der rasante Boom von Escape-Rooms sehr sch\u00f6n zeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Aber es muss gar nicht immer ein Spiel im engeren Sinne sein, schon kleine spielerische Elemente fesseln Ihre Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Denken wir zum Beispiel an einen Auto-Konfigurator. Das spielerische Ausprobieren von verschiedenen Farbkombinationen oder auch Design-Elementen macht doch schlicht und einfach Spass \u2013 und h\u00e4lt den Kunden erst noch l\u00e4nger auf Ihrer Seite. Werden nun positive Emotionen spielend mit Ihrer Marke verkn\u00fcpft und die Besch\u00e4ftigung mit Ihrer Marke intensiviert, bleiben Sie in besserer Erinnerung.<\/p>\n<p>Und vergessen Sie nicht: \u00dcberraschende und spannende Erlebnisse erz\u00e4hlt man gerne weiter.
